We manufacture in Naraina, New Delhi, and most of our orders leave the city. Working with restaurants from Srinagar to Goa has taught us that a uniform specification is not portable: the same shirt behaves differently in Guwahati than in Ludhiana, and pretending otherwise is how clients end up with uniforms nobody wants to wear.

What changes by region

  • North Indian plains (Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, UP): extreme range. Lightweight, breathable fabrics for summer and a genuine winter layer from November. Plan both in the same order.
  • Hill stations (Srinagar, Shimla, Manali, Mussoorie): heavier winterwear, thermal layering, and windproof outerwear for anyone working near a door.
  • Coastal and humid (Goa, Mumbai, Kochi, Kolkata, Chennai): quick-drying blends, higher polyester content, more spares because garments do not dry between shifts. Avoid heavy canvas aprons.
  • Dry heat (Jaipur, Jodhpur, Ahmedabad): breathable cotton-rich blends, lighter colours where the service allows, and generous ventilation in chef wear.
  • North East (Guwahati, Shillong): high humidity plus real cold in winter. Layering matters more than any single garment.

How a remote order works

  1. Brief on WhatsApp. Team split, city, cuisine, photographs of your space, logo files.
  2. Digital mockups for each role, revised until approved.
  3. Physical swatches couriered so you can see and feel the fabric under your own lighting.
  4. A production sample made and shipped for fit and quality approval.
  5. Bulk production with quality checks.
  6. Doorstep delivery, boxed by department so unpacking is straightforward.

Most out-of-city clients complete the entire process without meeting us, and reorders are considerably faster because the patterns and specifications are already on file.

The two steps we never skip for a remote client are physical swatches and a production sample. Screens lie about colour and photographs lie about fit.

Packing and shipping

Uniforms ship folded and poly-bagged by size and role, labelled so a manager can distribute them without sorting. Wooden and MDF items are edge-protected and corner-packed; we have shipped wooden menus to Srinagar, Guwahati and Goa without breakage. Delivery timelines vary by destination and we confirm them with the quote rather than after it.

Reorders and new outlets

Because we hold patterns, fabric codes and dye lot references, a second outlet in a different city gets uniforms that match the first. For growing brands this matters more than anything else: it is what stops outlet three from looking like a different company.

Questions restaurateurs ask us about this

Do you deliver restaurant uniforms outside Delhi NCR?

Yes, we deliver to your doorstep anywhere in India. Recent deliveries include Amritsar, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Mohali, Jaipur, Srinagar, Guwahati, Pune, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Goa.

How does the process work if we are not in Delhi?

Everything except the fitting happens remotely: we share mockups digitally, courier physical fabric swatches, produce a sample for approval, and ship the bulk order. Most out-of-city clients complete the whole process without a visit.

Does uniform specification change by city?

Yes. Coastal and humid cities need faster-drying blends and more spares; hill stations need heavier winterwear; north Indian plains need a serious winter layer for four months. We adjust fabric weight and the winterwear component by destination.
